1. Acceptance
By downloading or using NZ Driver Test, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms are between you and Pengfei Wang, the developer of NZ Driver Test.
2. Educational purpose and official sources
NZ Driver Test is an independent study aid. It is not an official testing service, does not issue licences, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi or any New Zealand government agency. Road rules, test formats, and official guidance can change. Always verify information using the official New Zealand Road Code. The app does not guarantee that you will pass any test.
3. Licence to use the app
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for lawful, non-commercial study. You must not copy, sell, rent, redistribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your device, app-store account, system settings, and any content you choose to share or send by email. You agree not to use the app unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe the rights of others.
5. Intellectual property
The app's original software, design, branding, and presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Government information, third-party names, trademarks, and source materials remain the property of their respective owners. References to those materials do not imply endorsement.
6. Availability and changes
The developer may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Updates may be required for continued use. No promise is made that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. The developer is not responsible for decisions, test outcomes, penalties, losses, or damages arising from reliance on the app or outdated or inaccurate information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
8. App-store terms
Your use of the app is also subject to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms. If those terms impose additional requirements, you must comply with them.
9. Governing law, changes, and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without limiting any mandatory protections available to you. 开发者可在合理必要时维护、更新、更改、暂停或停止部分功能。继续使用可能需要安装更新。开发者不承诺应用始终可用、完全无误，或兼容所有设备和系统版本。
7. 免责声明与责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，应用按“现状”和“可用状态”提供，法律不得排除的保证除外。因依赖应用或过时、不准确信息而产生的决定、考试结果、处罚、损失或损害，开发者不承担责任。本条款不排除依法不得排除的权利或补救措施，包括适用的消费者权利。
8. 应用商店条款
使用本应用还应遵守 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 的相关条款；如其提出额外要求，你也需要遵守。
9. 适用法律、条款变更与联系方式
