1. Overview
NZ Driver Test is an offline study application for iOS and Android, developed by Pengfei Wang. The app does not require an account and does not contain advertising or third-party analytics. Learning progress, test history, wrong-answer records, preferences, and reminder settings are stored locally on your device.
2. Information handled by the app
The app processes study activity and settings only to provide its features. This information is not transmitted to the developer or to an app-operated server. NZ Driver Test does not sell personal information and does not track you across apps or websites.
- Study progress and exam history remain on your device.
- Language, appearance, and reminder preferences remain on your device.
- No account profile, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment details are requested.
3. Notifications and device permissions
If you choose to enable study reminders, the app requests notification permission and schedules notifications locally. On Android, the app may receive a device restart event so an existing reminder can be restored. These operations do not send your study data or reminder schedule to the developer. You can disable notifications at any time in the app or system settings.
4. Sharing and contacting support
Sharing an exam result is optional and begins only when you select the share action. The destination you choose processes the shared content under its own privacy terms. If you email support, the developer will receive the email address, message, and any information you choose to include. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
5. Retention and deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you remove it through your device settings or uninstall the app, subject to your operating system's backup and restore settings. The developer cannot access or restore this local data. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your support correspondence by emailing the address below.
6. Children
NZ Driver Test is not specifically directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information through a support email may contact the developer to request deletion.

5. 保留与删除
本地应用数据会保留在设备上，直到你通过设备设置清除数据或卸载应用；实际结果还可能受操作系统备份与恢复设置影响。开发者无法访问或恢复这些本地数据。支持邮件仅在回复、保留必要记录、保护服务或履行法律义务所需的合理期限内保留。你可以发送邮件要求删除与支持沟通相关的记录。
6. 儿童隐私
NZ Driver Test 并非专门面向 13 岁以下儿童，应用也不会主动收集儿童的个人信息。如果家长或监护人认为儿童通过支持邮件发送了个人信息，可以联系开发者申请删除。
